Capsicum Pulao...


Ingredients

Capsicum- 1 nos

Mixed vegetables- corn, carrot, beans each little

Masalas :

Cinnamon sticks- 1 nos

Cloves -6nos

Curry leaves -2 nos

Cinnamon powder 1 spoon

Pepper – 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Coconut milk one cup

Basmati rice 1 bowl

Procedure:

Bowl the basmati rice along with the masala’s well. After the rice I well cooked take a kadai and add the chopped onions to the oil. Fry well after that add ginger garlic paste and little pepper and cinnamon powder and capsicum and fry a little add the rice and mix the contents well. And coconut milk to the rice and cook till all the milk gets absorbed.

Serve hot.
